Last Friday we visited with our first and second year students the exhibition “William Klein. Manifest” in La Pedrera.

William Klein (New York, 1928) is one of the key figures in universal photography of the 20th century. His open, transgressive spirit and his artistic nature, oblivious to rules and tradition, made him one of the main renovators of photography of his time. Large formats, risky frames, the marked grain of photography, the architectural sense and a human vision of great impact are possibly some of the fundamental characteristic features of his work.

Very grateful to La Pedrera for the guided tour!
